I suspect the minister of our little local Baptist church will be on board.

When the gay marriage ruling came down he said he was done pandering to government by keeping his mouth shut for a tax exemption. They’re a tiny country church with little beyond the building that can be taxed. I’m not a member but I and others have offered to donate to help pay taxes if it comes to that.

At least your pastor admitted that he had been pandering because of a tax exemption. He had been trying to serve two masters. Good for him.
