Dred Scott was also the law of the land. Roe V. Wade is the law of the land Donald so we let it all stand?

And, just which president has annulled Roe v Wade? It’s still legal - last time I looked. Not even the great Ronald Reagan did anything about it. This doesn’t mean Trump agrees with it, but, what can he do about it? It’s very difficult to overturn a SC decision, and right now - we have so much on our plate as a nation to deal with.

Millions of us prayed for the SC to rule in our favor, but it didn’t happen. There are many things we are often made to wonder. Personally, I wouldn’t attend a gay wedding, but, neither am I going to throw stones at others who do. I don’t speak for them, nor do I have to answer for them.

Agreed. Just because the Supreme Court rules on something it doesn’t become set in stone.

I wish Congress would exercise it’s constitutional authority over the courts perview.

If one can appoint the right judges, one can change a ruling like Dredd Scott, etc. Another process is by constitutional amendment (Prohibition). I read him saying that is not going to happen by simple majority; Congress cannot repair the damage unless the people repent of their sins. It will probably take catastrophic punishment for that to happen.
