Low-T? Come on - that fit our current CiC perfectly. I am wondering whether the Democrats have been wincing every time they see Obama in action and have been waiting for a GOPer to pin the Low-T on a Republican. I do think the only Republican in the field who may come closest to low-T description is Lindsay Graham, and yet, even he seems more manly than Obama.

75% of the democrats(male) have abnormally high estrogen levels. The women are the ones one high T levels in that party.
