America’s homeless are lawyering up to fight for a “right” to live on the street – your neighborhood and personal safety be damned.
From Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles, cities are struggling with a surge in people living in cardboard boxes and doorways. Local lawmakers are trying to ban “camping out” in public, and ordering police to clear the fetid encampments.
But lawyers for the homeless are pushing back. They’re demanding that “sleeping rough” be legally protected. In Denver, where living on the street is outlawed, lawyers for the homeless want to guarantee vagrants “the right to use and move freely in public spaces without discrimination.”

They’re useless as elements Cloward-Piven if they’re not in view and making everyone feel awful.
Just only refer to them as Obama Camps, or Obama Refugees when talking about the ‘homeless’ - And I use quotes to mean those who have every desire to live on the street and not temporarily in that situation until things improve.
The chronically homeless are who they are always fighting for. These are people who don’t (or can’t) live in homes, no matter how much effort is done to place them in a home or give them a hand up.
Just keep phrasing it around Obama and you’ll see a dramatic shift in how things are handled. Can’t have The One associated with all these homeless people.
I’m surprised the media even admits there are any homeless during a democrat administration. They usually pop up when a republican takes office.
That’s what I love about the northern climate.
How far have we fallen. Now we are saying there is a constitutional right to sleep in the streets,,along with the right to p#$$ and s#—$.
Recently there was an article here about somebody who loves San Francisco, but was feeling angst because there was a stench of urine in many parts of the city.
Then we know the way liberalism works, if somebody is sleeping in the street and they get hit by a car, the person sleeping in the street Will be able to sue and get a big settlement.
Cant make anti repub photo ops without the homeless out there.
No, liberals take care of them here in winter.
They put them in housing, and they crank the heat on full, then when it gets too hot, they open windows instead of turning the heat down.
