Institute a “pet the pig” requirement to enter the US or board a plane. That could get messy.
I prefer making eating a mouthful of pork rinds the final test. Myself, I like them.

I thought Jews could touch pigs, just not eat pork This would also work for vegetarians, although there are some of those I wouldn’t mind keeping out of the US. ;-)
