In Greece, these three are among thousands who have landed on the islands in recent days.
The Greek government has sent cruiseliners to try and move some of the thousands caught in the bottleneck, bringing them to Athens. But the migrants and refugees do not want to remain in Greece, which is already dealing with a financial crisis. Most people want to reach a northern European country, where they believe they will be able to find work and a better quality of life. The route of choice has been through Macedonia and Serbia, up into Hungary and the all-important Schengen area - where passports are not required to cross borders.

The relief on their faces is palpable as they take their first 'selfie' on European soil as they step onto the beach in Lesbos. The men have come from Kobane, a city almost entirely destroyed in the fighting between ISIS fanatics and Kurdish fighters in months of bitter and bloody warfare, which left hundreds dead and displaced tens of thousands.
This is only the first step of a journey across Europe which is becoming a little more difficult every day, as countries scramble to close their borders and stop the thousands of migrants heading north in their tracks.

Of course, the “enlightened” EU is criticizing Hungary for putting up a high fence to control their southern border.
This will finish off the EU.
In the past, this type of behavior & migration has led to slaughter of all “migrants”.
You tell me if a Europe who’s economy has had it’s back broken in three places will react differently?

This is happening because the “Powers that Be’ want it to happen.
Europe has modern Armies/Navies and could stop this immediately if they wanted. They don’t want to.
The question to ask is why?
Invasion.
I notice they are trekking across Turkey. How many stop to live in Turkey, I wonder? Or Greece? Or any of the former Yugoslav republics?
Why don’t they stop there? They would be away from the country they want to escape. Don’t they want to live in those countries?
Why, oh, why, one wonders, do they all try to get to France, Germany and the UK?
The problem is just to complex for me to figure out.
