The rate at which they change is an indicator of sincerity. If they change every few days or hours, they are pandering. If they change from years gone by, we can apply the benefit of the doubt. Good point.
Walker is pandering. Trump is not. This can clearly be seen in the toggle rates of their respective flip flops.
I'll agree with you on Walker, but for me, the jury is still out regarding Trump.
