The woman would not be dead if he had been going the correct speed and had not hit her car, knocking it into traffic.

He essentially killed her.

How is that a misdemeanor for him?

I think in most states....he’d be charged with manslaughter and do a minimum of five years in prison. In California, with the right lawyers and mental health people....you might not be charged, and in his case....I can’t see him doing more than eighteen months max.

For the dead lady’s family....sue him...go for every penny he has and that’s the only way to get real justice out of the system.
