Exactly! You can’t tell me that the government doesn’t know exactly where that phone is or what happened to it! They have the serial number on file and it is checked in and out and the records are there.

So are the LUDS records for her cell phone server. Her cell phone company can tell them every call she made and every fax, e-mail and instant message that she sent and received and who they sent them or received them.
