The big question is will the storm end up in the Gulf of Mexico—heading towards the oil production platforms off the coast of Louisiana or Texas. That is the type of thing that could send the price of crude oil soaring.

Not really. There is a huge oversupply on the market right now, and everyone knows the platforms will be repaired and back up and running in a short while.................................

Iran is going to be pumping all it can into world markets. There is no shortage.

The Caribbean is currently cooler and dryer than normal with plenty of wind shear thanks to El Nino.

Danny is going to have a tough time strengthening, you’ll notice the 5th day it downgrades to a tropical storm.
