Because he doesn’t really give a rat’s rear about them, or their religion. What he’s doing is helping his comrades in Moscow. Iran is a pawn of Russia. Russia seeks to make a major comeback. Obama is doing all he could to insure they achieve their new world order goals, which he shares: weaker US, stronger Russia and China.
King Barack I doesn’t need Congress to pass his Iran Bailout and Bomb Plan. He can just issue edicts on his own. Congress is as useless as teats on a boar. Everyone knows that.
If Obama or Kerry were actually competent at making deals, they’d be as rich as Trump.

Sens. Mark Kirk (R., Ill.) and Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) disclosed in the letter to the State Department that U.S. lawmakers have been shown copies of several letters sent by the Obama administration to the Chinese, German, French, and British governments assuring them that companies doing business with Iran will not come under penalty. The Obama administration is purportedly promising the foreign governments that if Iran violates the parameters of a recently inked nuclear accord, European companies will not be penalized, according to the secret letters.
