I don’t understand how it’s a “targeted” campaign. Do the signs say only black people can’t wear baggy pants or be rude or profane?

Tonya Smith, a university spokeswoman, told Inside Higher Ed that the signs were intended to discourage disruptive behavior on campus.

Might also be to prevent the parents of prospective students from hopping back in their cars and heading home when they come for their campus visits.

We need more Trump’s that use common sense on issues instead of mealy mouth pansies always willing and able to back down and add diversity officers when the PC police come calling. Tell the baggy pants wearers if they don’t wish to meet school culture codes then find another school.

As former LEO I’m all for saggy pants. They can’t run nearly as fast and often trip over themselves when they try to escape. An added bonus is that it flags them as potential gangbangers if you see them on the street and makes them just look dumb as hell.

How Did Pant Sagging Start? A Tale From A Former Correctional Employee Pant sagging started in male correctional facilities many years ago, no one knows exactly when. It was a sign that one Inmate was the ‘girl friend’ of another and that they were willing to have rear end sex with them whenever it was wanted by the other half of the couple. Over time it became a gang signal, and the color of the boxers that were showing indicated which gang the guy belonged to. So few young people know this, but I have a feeling if they did, they would hike them up real quick!

Actually, saying that black people are incapable of pulling up their pants in school is racist!

So, boorishness is a black trait? Isn’t that premise racist?

A college’s attempt to crack down on the wearing of saggy pants is being attacked as racist against black people.

Since sagging one's pants has its roots in America's penal system and is a symbol that one is trained/ready for gay sex, wouldn't banning sagging pants really be homophobic?

It’s not racist. It started with prison inmates having, um, easy backdoor access.

After all, what else can graduates who major in saggy pants going to do?

wearing of saggy pants is being attacked as racist against black people.

The baggy pants style originated from criminals returning from incarceration, where their belts were systematically removed to avoid risks of suicide/murder amongst inmates.

Upon returning to society, younger gang members began emulating the appearance so as to be identified with other 'tough' criminals.

It then became 'the style'. The style then became more profane, by those trying to 'out-style' their contemporaries.

Now, if the profane is outlawed, it is labeled as racial discrimination. Which only manifests a black culture, which identifies itself with criminality in order to gain power.
