Completely agree. The Puppy Mills which supply these “stores” are essentially Torture Mills. And if you don’t give a crap about that, then how bout the consumer who pays a tidy sum for sick animals. Call me what you will, but this is one Government intrusion I can live with. Especially when it is implemented on a local level, in accordance with the values of the local residents.
