This guy is an idiot. What qualifications does he have that we should listen to him. He is one of tens of millions with an opinion and he does not sound very convincing.

Finally about time someone running for president is for Americans first instead of for foreigners first.

Trump’s immigration plan is the best thing ever for America and Americans, the most pro-America and America first thing I’ve ever seen

Out of those running Trump is the only one that has said these things. I’m not going to say what they are because the other candidates are probably taking notes ready to plagiarize

“for instance, by interdicting many of the Central American illegals headed north”

They might be stopping “some” of the Central American illegals but only so more poor Mexicans can leave instead. Mexico is actively helping the slave and drug trade, I mean illegal immigrant problem, and everyone knows it.

Which suggests that the campaigns of most of the other leading candidates hoped they could avoid offering an actual plan, finessing the issue instead by mouthing platitudes for the yahoos without specifics that might upset donors. Trump’s paper takes direct aim at this strategy when it states “Real immigration reform puts the needs of working people first – not wealthy globetrotting donors.”

Bingo! Today Scott Walker is claiming he has always been for building a wall, because he said he said "secure the border". Of course they all say they want that. It's GOPe speak for a "virtual fence", in other words no fence. Now he's saying "wall". The Chamber is not going to be happy with Scott.

Go, Trump, GO!!

A serious candidate offering serious solutions to make America great again!!

The wannabes have a long way to go to catch up with serious pro-America candidates like Trump and Cruz.

I see Walker trying hard, and Carson, but the rest of them no so much.

I see useful idiots like Jeb Bush and McGrahamnesty doubling down on stupid.

It may well be that not one of the 17 current candidates has the standing to carry the banner that Trump is waving (including Trump himself).

Could be time for a new candidate. Is there ONE politician in the entire GOP with a proven track record of standing strong against the Invasion?

Do we need to start a Draft Jeff Sessions movement?

8 years ago, we told 'em!

4 years ago, we told 'em again!

Today, we found someone that will listen.

"Mexico is indeed obstructionist in many areas, but it has been induced to be helpful in others (for instance, by interdicting many of the Central American illegals headed north)."

I would like to see any evidence of this.

Arguing over policies is like arguing over the chairs on the Titanic. Our whole government is dysfunctional.

We have Obama, Clinton, and Lois Lerner types in high level positions making decisions. We have not heeded George Washington's warning.

“Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.”

“what is most remarkable about Trump’s immigration paper is that none of the other candidates beat him to it.”

No one “beat him to it.” They wouldn’t touch it with a 500’ pole. To a politician it is “kiss of death” to their careers in criminality.

Trump is doing and saying what almost all of us hard working, law abiding, middle class have hoped and prayed to hear for over 50 years.

No wonder he is “kicking the poop” out of the GOPe’s “fair haired boys” and girls.

They are absolutely HORRIFIED that the real conservative rebellion finally has a leader that will bond all together to march in step to restore our liberties under the original Constitution.

Yep, every candidate will have to answer to that plan in Yes and No.

Every single one of them.

The three principles the paper offers wouldn’t even have to be articulated in a healthier society; of course immigration policy must be based exclusively on the interests of We the People of the United States, not wealthy donors, not corporations, not union bosses, not big-city politicians, and not foreign citizens.

Thank you. Nice to hear someone else say it for a change.

Immigration policy should serve the interests of the citizen. First, foremost, always.

The right to immigrate to the US is not a right at all, it is a privilege that should be extended carefully to people that we would want to share our sovereignty with, want to be neighbors to, want to share our vote with. Not just anyone qualifies.

And with half the country out of work, there may be some years that no one qualifies.

Do you know who is MOST upset about Trump's immigration plan?

Rich donors of candidates!!! They can not tolerate derailing of the cheap labor express.

Even NR’s anti-illegal immigration guy can’t write about Trump and his proposal without getting needless, baseless, dig after dig in.

What need is there of complicating it? It's simple. No illegal immigration. If Trump wants to really simplify it we should just copy Mexico's immigration laws.
