I predict it won’t be a right winger thet gets him in the end. It will be one of his own who suddenly realizes who he really is and Brutusizes him.
Perhaps the Americans of the 30’s and 40’s were of that caliber ... From my vantage point, most of the Americans I see today are too preoccupied with sports and the Kardashians to even get up off the couch. Too many appear rather fond of having fedgov provide their food, medicine, clothing, and birth control - right on down to having fed daddy wipe their lazy asses when they crap themselves fawning over all the “free stuff.”
A ham radio setup behind every blade of grass might be useful too.
