Columnist Pat Buchanan argued Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s college plan was designed to take attention away from her server on Friday’s “McLaughlin Group.”
Buchanan said, “Will President Clinton ram it right through the Republican House? … This is DOA. It changed the subject from the server and the classified documents.”

Pat is wrong — Mrs. Clinton was going to unleash this blatant pander no matter what.
The "candy" to get young people to vote last time (for Obama and other libs) was "legalizing pot," this time, it's "FREE COLLEGE" and student loan "forgiveness!"
