Obama could stop this at any time he chooses.

But so far, he's on a 16 day vacation and nobody has heard from him.

Don’t worry, the GOP will figure out a back door to let her out...

Obama could stop this at any time he chooses

But, he doesn't choose to do so.

“Obama could stop this at any time he chooses.”

Who do you think is giving the orders to DOJ?

I hope this continues into the next administration (Republican), so that Obama will not have a chance to pardon her.

Note the author is a professor at the University of Chicago. A Chicago mob hit? Remember Barky, hell hath no fury......you better have something much bigger on her thighness.

Why do I feel like this piece was written by a devilish little girl holding a football?

Oblunder doesn't want to stop this. He is probably orchestrating it from the golf course because he hates Hillary with a passion.
The FBI has the server, and they move without politics. She's done. Dead as Julius Caesar.

But so far, he’s [Obama] on a 16 day vacation and nobody has heard from him.

*********************************

Speaks volumes to me. The “wink and nod” to DOJ are in, I would surmise. (at link: she [Lynch] will do that only if she gets a wink and a nod from a White House ready to sink Hillary.

I really enjoyed reading that they are looking at Huma Weiner’s involvement in Hillary’s escapades. Maybe they can be cellmates. Obonzo can pardon both of them when the moving van pulls up in front of his Rainbow Palace.

Obama can wink and nod all he wants. . .but he better not forget that the Clintons don’t bring knives to a gun fight. . .Hilly has the dirt on Obammy, you better believe it. . .we could be watching a mutually assured destruction right before our eyes. . which would be the living proof that God still has His hand upon the nation!

The FBI is on her ass.

Judge Emmett Sullivan had her swear under oath, no more emails, in the Judicial Watch FOI civil case.

Does anyone not think the Clintons have blackmail material on Obama?

It was probably a momentary judgment lapse on her part because of hormones. But she’s better now.

If Obama wants to get a different nominee, he could do it next week or next month.

All he has to do is PARDON HRC for anything related to mail servers. If she accepts the pardon, she’s dead politically. If she refuses, he lets her twist in the wind, and maybe lights a fire under the FBI, etc.

Hillary Clinton’s big problem now is legal, and it could well be insurmountable politically. Here’s why. Once a “political” issue finally moves into the legal system, as the Clinton email server has, it moves forward with an independent logic. That logic will slowly ensnare Secretary Clinton.

Um, no. The reason why the legal logic is problematic for Hillary is that the applicable statute says that any violator is ineligible for future office, and she voted for that law in the Senate.

So, is it Fauxcahantas or Cory Booker?

It will take on a life of its own, as it should in a government of laws.

We are no longer a government of laws. The bureaucracy including career employees has become partisan. The Rule of Law no longer obtains.
