Bigger than Watergate, which was a third rate burglary on an political opponent’s campaign office. This is a breach of national security by a top administration official and subsequent cover-up.
When all the pieces are assembled between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, I think that will be true. I doubt that the press will pursue the issue with the same enthusiasm, however.
When Hillary first left the Senate to accept the SOS job, I remember lots of people wondering why. Everyone was considering the political angle but failed to see the possibility of brazen influence peddling to personally enrich herself and her family through the money laundering machine known as the Clinton Foundation. The thoughtful criminality of it would have made Meyer Lansky proud (but Lansky wouldn't have gotten caught).
