As far as Phil Mickelsons politics, other than the fact that he complained about paying California taxes, there is little evidence to suggest what way Phil leans

Tiger Woods complained about California taxes years before Phil and cited it as the reason he left the state.

Phil Mickelson stated couple weeks ago that he did not share Donald Trumps views.

Not clear what politics Phil has

The PGA is overwhelmingly republican. Most people want to keep the money they make and golfers, especially world class golfers, make a lot of money. Here’s a list of well known golfers, then a list of athletes, who are probably republican.
