There is also going to be a serious call for a criminal investigation by the IRS of the un-taxed personal benefits she got from her own "donations" to her own charity. The general legal concept is that when you make a donation to a 501, (c), (3) (tax-exempt charity) you must give up control of how it is to be used. There are exceptions, but you can't simply use a foundation as a personal tax dodge to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.
