Donald Trump: Hillary Clinton's Private Email Use was 'criminal'
Wochit ^ | Auguest 12th, 2015 | Unattributed

Donald Trump on Sunday pitched into the ongoing furore over Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state, saying: “The fact is, what she has done is criminal.” A department official said on Friday that investigators this week asked the Justice Department to look into a “potential compromise of classified information” surrounding the private email server. On Saturday, in Iowa, Clinton told reporters she never knowingly sent or received classified information using her private server and did not know what messages were being cited by investigators.

Is Trump the only person using the word "criminal" in the media?

Why would Hitlery’s ‘pawn’ call her actions criminal?

Business insider:

Presidential candidate and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) thinks former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton probably violated federal law when she deleted a huge trove of emails.

In a Tuesday radio interview on "The Dana Show," Cruz argued the Democratic presidential front-runner's actions may have even been "criminal."

Yes.

Even if no classified material I believe she was violating the law.

Trump may be a clown, but he’s putting it out there.

Who will be the Dem nominee?

After much wandering without a tagline, I have settled on one, which I believe needs to be the mantra of the election. Ms. Clinton needs to be allowed to choose one or the other.

Trump is the ice breaker for all the rest. For now all they can do is swim in his wake.

As our CFO once answered me when I asked him that very question about the CEO: "Why do you think it has to be one or the other?"

The potential is up to 20 years or whatever her attorney can plea bargain it down to. It depends on the damage done to the country.
In Gen. Patraeus’case, it pled down to a misdemeanor with 2 years probation and a $100,000 fine.

“seems like the hildabeast would have learned more from getting rid of vince foster’s hard drive??”

Once again, her arrogance and self-importance has effed her up! She should have taken Jerome Zeifman’s comments to heart years ago.

President Trump will prosecute and jail Hillary.

Hey all, tell Trump to beef up his security!

How many people have died that went against Hillary?

I’m not voting for Trump because of his ‘evolving’ on too many issues.

But I’m glad he’s there throwing grenades. He’s making the rest of the field look moderate (even Ted Cruz) and he’s willing to say what needs to be said right now regarding immigration, Hillary’s criminality, etc.

He’s useful for the party if he defines the narrative for conservatives and then fades away.

LOL. Well, as former prosecutor, it was my experience that it usually was both. I just like the idea of forcing her to admit one or the other. Since I know she’s not going to actually be charged, arrested, convicted, sentenced and incarcerated, I’ll settle for public humiliation.
