Hillary Clinton is in trouble. Or more accurately put, she should be in trouble — very big trouble, in fact. The latest from the Department of Justice is that, yes, they have seized Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server and an accompanying thumb drive. The FBI has reportedly confiscated copies of the same e-mails from Hillary’s lawyer because it deemed the information contained in them too sensitive for him to keep.

While attempting to defend the indefensible, a Clinton spokesman said that this merely shows that the former secretary of state is cooperating with a “security inquiry.” That pathetic spin was meant to prevent the American people from recognizing there is not just smoke but fire to the Hillary e-mail scandal.

Too late. Already, the flames are visible. The most damning revelation about Hillary’s e-mails from the last 24 hours is not the details of the investigation into her homebrew server. What’s making headlines across the political spectrum is that some of the material she sent via her personal server was so sensitive that it was designated “Top Secret.”

This is a jaw-slaps-the-table moment. Even for those of us who hold a very low opinion of Mrs. Clinton’s character, integrity, and judgment, this is a graver offense than many had contemplated. Merely the storage of “Top Secret” e-mails – never mind their dissemination over open channels to some individuals likely not cleared to read them — is a federal felony. On top of that, it is unthinkable that Hillary could have sent such sensitive information and not known at the time that it was sensitive.

All of this is of paramount importance b/c it impinges on
US ntl security....... and the safety and security of Americans.

Now under FBI scrutiny, Colorado's Platte River Networks handled the Clintons' email accounts. It’s been confirmed by (1) the US inte community, and, (2) the office of the State Dept IG, that classified information was transmitted through Hillary’s private email account...and that Hillary deleted 1000's of emails prior to turning some over to the State Dept for record-keeping (as US law requires).

(A) It is possible that Platte River Networks may have copies of Hillary's deleted emails.....but presumably the outfit does not have ntl security clearance. (B) Hillary's lawyer is said to be in possession of a thumb drive of her govt emails.....but Kendall does not have national security clearance.

AMERICANS NEED TO KNOW ASAP who was allowed to see the data in Platte River Network and Kendall's possession?

POINTS TO PONDER: a cabinet-level government employee using their own server and personal e-mail exclusively is unheard of. It is considered a crime for ex-govt employees to have ntl security emails. All ntl security material belongs to the American people and is to be turned over upon termination of employment.

Criminal govt inquiries into Hillary's secret emails tell a huge story. The days of Obama protecting the Clintons seem to be over. How come? In his book, "The Rich and Super Rich," Ferdinand Lundberg observes that when L/E goes after criminals, it signals that the protection payoff wasn't big enough to keep the law at bay.

Looks like Obama's been reading the sordid Clinton Chronicles WRT the billions they're pulling in. Obama apparently feels he got shortchanged.

As an incentive to drop out of the 2008 primary, Hillary got State. She ran it like a shadow govt.... w/ Billsy hovering over the server, taking notes WRT buck-raking opportunities available from Secy Hillary's actions OR inaction.

Secy Hillary never e-v-e-r uttered a discouraging word e-v-e-r......as the Clinton Foundation sucked up hundred of millions of foreign dollars from shady characters.

The avaricious Clintons devised hundreds of obscure programs to collect billions.....bragging about do-goodism, how the money was supposedly dispersed to "assist" endless charitable projects.

The Clintons deposit Obama's cut into his two "foundations" (two that we know of).

Obama has never been Hillarie’s friend the only reason he had her in government was so that he could watch her and have his spies in the state department keep an eye on her. my guess is that he is going to try and take her out of political contention. we should be looking at Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders as the democratic opposition in the next election.
