Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton announced Tuesday that she had directed her aides to turn over her personal e-mail server to the Justice Department, giving in to months of demands that she relinquish the device she used to store her correspondence while secretary of state.
The move came hours after it was disclosed that the inspector general for the intelligence community, I. Charles McCullough III, had notified senior members of Congress that two of four retroactively classified emails found on Clinton's server contained material deemed to be more sensitive than had previously been thought.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said two emails that traversed Clinton's personal system were deemed "Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information" — a rating that is among the government's highest classifications. Grassley said McCullough had reported the new details about the higher classification to Congress on Tuesday.

Feds are not yet in possession.
The original hard drive is long gone.
That fact alone should lead to obstruction of justice charges.
But, she prefers that to hard evidence of multiple felonies.
Hillary’s excuse that “The emails were not classified at the time they were sent” doesn’t hold water. As was often said about Nixon during Watergate—he knew or should have known. Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, was well aware of the extremely sensitive nature of these emails. That’s the reason for using a government system in the first place, rather than her home brew server. She knew that what she was doing was illegal. She just never expected to get caught.
Hence the weasel words HilLIARy used a week or two ago "at the time"

Yeah, this is just some thumb drive that has a “copy” of the emails. Basically nothing.
How do we know it was the ORIGINAL server with the ORIGINAL hard drives?
Guaranteed the hard drives have been shredded and replaced with new ones.

Try telling the FBI or IRS they can’t seize your computers and they must wait on a subset of data chosen by you.
From Hillary’s comments I’m willing to bet there is/was more than one server.
They should be looking at who else was with Hildabeast all the time as any TS material is required to have “Two Person Integrity” meaning two people present at all times. The TPI was instituted thanks to the spy John Walker.
I hope there is a new reality TV series with Hillary in prison. A real “Orange is the new Black” Hillary lesbian scenes and strong arming.
Hillary is too dumb to design her own network. She no doubt brought in a professional who would likely have design a primary and backup server, with the contents mirrored on multiple harddrives, and probably mirrored offsite.
If Hillary turned over anything, it was because she’s trying to throw them off the trail of something worse.

Just because someone committed and crime and just because there is evidence of said crime means NOTHING. There must also be a system that will PROSECUTE, TRY, CONVICT and IMPRISON the criminal. Madame Secretary Clinton is a member of the ruling class and will walk away scot free.

As far back as 7/26/13, US Sen Charles Grassley (R-Iowa)has been pressing the State Department to answer questions over Abedin’s lucrative govt job arrangement. Grassley wrote in a June 13 letter:
“It appears that Teneo Strategies may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence. This raises important questions about whether Abedin’s dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.”
Sen Grassley’s letter recounted:
<><> Abedin was among several key aides to Hillary Clinton that hosted email accounts on a private server on Hillary’s Chappaqua homebrew server, in violation of federal records laws.
<><> Abedin allegedly sent or received more than 7,000 emails on her US government account that involved Teneo’s Doug Band, a close confidante and travel companion of the globe-trotting Bill clinTon;
<><> In the investigation of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s activities at Orgy Island, L/E uncovered Bill Clinton and Doug Band listed w/ 21 phone nos and email addresses——L/E recognizes as the MO for tax evasion and money laundering schemes.
<><> one email exchange involved Teneo’s Doug Band pressuring Abedin to encourage her State Department boss, Hillary Clinton, to facilitate a White House appointment for one of his clients. Judith Rodin, then-president of the Rockefeller Foundation, “donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation,” Mr. Band allegedly noted in his email to Ms. Abedin.

A six-month investigation indicated the Clintons diverted tens millions of dollars that they solicited for specific Foundation charitable purposes were diverted to the personal enrichment of themselves and their close associates.
THIS IS CONSIDERED MAIL FRAUD Raising money for a specific cause that was diverted elsewhere is considered mail fraud.
