The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has finally seized Hillary Clinton’s emails, including her “Top Secret” correspondences from her tenure as Secretary of State.
But hold on: The State Department still has the authority to withhold two of Hillary Clinton’s emails, Breitbart News has learned.
A source confirmed Tuesday that the FBI is now in possession of two thumb drives containing emails from Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. The thumb drives had been held by Clinton attorney David Kendall. It is now believed that all of Clinton’s State Department emails have been turned over.
But seven specific emails are still being reviewed by an inter-governmental agency, led by the FBI, to determine whether or not they are classified.
Two of the emails in question were classified as “Top Secret” by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and could remain classified due to the nature of that classification.
And two other emails have been referred back to the State Department for consideration of their classified status, a government official told Breitbart News exclusively on condition of anonymity.

shes toast. two are op secret. all they needed was one unless they intend to hand us that bull that they became classified at a later date.
With the FBI holding the two emails, Hitlary is going to “skate”, as always. My guess her own attorney intended for those emails to wind up in the hands of the FBI, well knowing it would be the only defense she has left to keep her out of jail. I’ll say it again, she will “skate”.
I don’t see how she could have conducted state department business without having more classified info in her emails.
Did she carry classified documents as paper during all that air travel? Management styles of the 1960’s?
Perhaps she doesn’t want her emails exposed for fear of showing her incompetence, but got caught on the classified issue.
