In 1858 John Brown after causing a disturbance was killed at Harper’s Ferry, Virginia. Three years later the Civil War began. In 2014 Michael Brown caused a disturbance and was killed in Ferguson, Missouri...... Just wondering.

The raid occurred on Oct 16, 1859. Brown survived the incident and was tried and hanged at Charlestown, Va, on Dec. 2, 1859.
