St. Tammany Parish authorities are investigating the distribution over the weekend of Ku Klux Klan fliers in a community near Mandeville. The range of the distribution remained unclear Tuesday morning (Aug. 11).
"I don't know if we're ever going to get a clear picture of how many there were," said Capt. George Bonnett, a spokesman for the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office. "Someone was just kind of driving down the street, flinging them in front yards."
The yards were in the Hidden Pines subdivision. Some residents reported finding plastic sandwich bags weighted with a rock or a piece of candy. Inside some were racist fliers urging of the Ku Klux Klan, others held anti-gay fliers.

This is a very common way on the Northshore for lawn and home repair people to advertise. Generally a small rock not candy (to bad). i get maybe a dozen of these advertisements a year tossed onto my driveway.

“investigating”.....investigating what exactly? are they a terrorist group? last time I checked you could belong to all sorts of groups in this country. and those groups are free to advertise or whatever they want as long as their not hurting anyone. I swear we have become so brainwashed by the PC police in this country that we wont even bat an eye when someday they start investigating the NRA or the GOP for putting up flyers
