Sounds easy huh? A lot of the property is not in the convicted ones name (if actually convicted) but can be proven to be bought with drug money. The criminals are as twisted as some law enforcement.
so convict those guys for being in a criminal conspiracy. It’s simple don’t take property without a conviction. Otherwise the 4th means nothing.
This administrative BS has been twisted to meet this clause:
“nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”. The due process in question isn’t against the property - it’s against the owner of the property.
