Some may be, but I believe most have been fooled by his ruse. They have been taken in by his campaign rhetoric and are completely ignoring his long liberal record.
To be clear, I support his bringing up the issues he has. But unlike the Trump faithful, I do NOT support a liberal for the Republican nomination.

Yeah, the Canadian health care is so wonderful that Canadians come down here for their health care needs. It's so wonderful in Canada, that there are long lines to see a doctor, even for life-threatening conditions. It's a beautiful thing. Just like the UK health care system. /sarcasm
Is the establishment throwing in the towel? I strongly doubt that the establishment would fold their tents that easy. They would support the bombing of New York if they could blame it on Trump.

In Canada the wait is often 2x that long, which is just one of the reasons Canadians come to the US for their healthcare.

Not long ago, while in the Democratic Party, Trump endorsed single-payer health care as the best reform, at one time pointing to the Canadian system as a model. He now disavows that position, but talks about the need to expand government provided health care, potentially in the form of subsidies to providers to care for the poor. That’s basically a Medicaid expansion, which isn’t going to find favor with conservatives angry at other candidates like John Kasich for adopting that very approach.
When you are being given a choice between a turd sandwich, urine soup, or a nice cut of prime rib, which would you choose?
Sure, the turd sandwich is entertaining and highly placed on the menu. And yeah, it may be the urine soup’s turn because we had a different batch of urine soup before.

I love the way The Donald speaks his mind and is so politically incorrect, but sometimes what he thinks is disconcerting.
He likes Canadian health care and thinks it works? I have new for him. He wouldn’t put himself or his family in the hands of our system in a New York minute. It’s bloody awful.
