When the auto and steel unions fought and got higher wages, but employment in those industries dropped like a stone, you’d think the stupid worker who wants $15/hr for flipping burgers might have noticed a link between higher wages and unemployment. But no, they didn’t. But at least they can sit around doing nothing but talk about how they’d be making $15/hr if they could find a job. Idiots. No wonder they’re still making minimum wage. The perfect ending to this would be if states ended unemployment benefits, but gave them a job cleaning toilets in gov’t buildings at $3/hr.
