Twenty-nine nuclear scientists have signed a letter to US President Barack Obama praising the Iranian nuclear deal, the New York Times reports Saturday night, calling it innovative and stringent.
Signatories include Richard L. Garwin, a longtime Washington advisor on nuclear issues and arms who helped design the first hydrogen bomb; Siegfried S. Hecker, who directed the Los Alamos nuclear testing and development program from 1986-1997; and Rush D. Holt, a physicist and former member of Congress who now leads the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Was one of them bill nye the science guy. He’s a leftists idea of “top” scientist. I always figured he was a “bottom”.
Since the key provisions are still secret - these are not scientists. Scientists only state confusions based on examinations of evidence.
well then, the science is settled....
Please define and NAME, these so-called "scientists" and why they should have anything to do with foreign policy? Also, what "deal"? J F'ing Kerry and Hussein capitulated to Iran, That's not a "deal".
Looks like Barry's regime's propaganda apparatus is working overtime.
The Iran nuke deal will stop global warming....

Scientists tend to be very good, sometimes extremely good - in their field. That doesn't mean they know everything about everything. If I need a nuclear bomb designed, I'd go to these guys. If I need to know how to bake an angle food cake at 7200 ft altitude, I don't think I'd ask these guys. If I needed help picking out the best tactical flashlight...probably not these guys.
Just because they are "nuclear scientists" doesn't mean they know a lick about the politics surrounding them. What have they been doing for the last 30 years? Watching Iran, or working in the lab becoming the "top men" in their field? I'd bet you far more of the later...
So which fallacy is this, "appeal to authority" or something like that? The Iranian deal is a bad deal - based on logic and reason, period.
Question: How many of those scientists support global warming?
Might be interesting.
29 Dr. Robert Stadlers, IMO.
29 traitors whose clearances should be revoked.
How many also believe in man-made global warming?
Top men.
Top.
Men.
Unless you’re a Geologist :-) being a scientist is more often than not an indication of a complete lack of common sense...
They should all move to DC so they are there when the nukes they helped give Iran land in their laps . What do these idiots not understand about Iran chanting “Death to America”?
ROTFLMAO!
We must not ask the question of whether Iran already has some nuke weapons now.
For those of you in Palm Beach it will be OK to consider it when the New York Times provides the thought for you.
I give this signed letter as much credibility as the letter signed by 29 Foreign Policy Experts who agree with String Theory.
A deal so secret congress can’t read it and Kerry hasn’t read it YET “scientists” say it is great.
