This type of policy worked really well for JCPenney.
i went in JCP a few months back just to see how things are going....pretty sure i saw a tumbleweed bounce by....it was awful lonely!
I have avoided Target for years. Their demographics is almost exclusively angry femanists. That alone makes me about their stores, the PC “feelings” policys they do don’t help either.
