Rush said none of the candidates took on Trump [that the debate was a Fox-GOP-e ordered hit] but he is mistaken:

YouTube: Donald Trump vs Rand Paul GOP Debate- Trump REFUSES To Rule Out Third Party Run

Breitbart: Rand: Trump ‘Already Hedging His Bets "....Rand then interjected, “this is what’s wrong. He buys and sells politicians of all stripes.” And “He’s already hedging his bet on the Clintons, okay? So, if he doesn’t run as an Republican, maybe he supports Clinton, or maybe he runs as an Independent. But I’d say that he’s already hedging his bets, because he’s used to buying politicians.” Trump responded, “I’ve given you plenty of money.”..

Free Beacon: [Rubio] "seized an opportunity to distinguish himself from Donald Trump: not by engaging the populist billionaire directly, but by pointing out that Trump donated to his primary opponent, then-establishment-Republican Charlie Crist, in 2010."

[It appears that Trump's political party maneuvering is Charlie Christ like.]

Donald John Trump - June 14, 1946 (age 69)

Reform Party (1999–2001)

Can't argue with the data......but, two terms of Obama and how far left/commie/socialist the Dems have openly become is enough to be an eye-opener for anyone. I get the sense that Trump is seeing the light a bit more clearly than ever before - will probably never be a hard-core conservative, but has enough conservative bents to make him viable if he's the last man standing - especially when compared to what we will get if the Dems win another one.

Backing Cruz; support Walker as next in line and will donate if Cruz falls out and Walker's still alive, and won't hesitate to vote for Trump if it comes to that - he would be by far the best bet we had compared to McPain and Romney-I'm-a-nice-guy-without-a-conservative-predilection. IMO, McCain would have been an utter disaster akin to Obama, and Romney wold have been a bit more benign and wouldn't have moved us near as Left as Obama. It's a bit sad that trump may look like a good deal these days.

At any rate: GO CRUZ!!! Hang tough (and toughen up a bit in your public persona) Walker!
