I think you are right, it is all about getting the attention turned to himself. I guess people who watch the Kardashions and the show about the little people and other shows that are only about other people's personal life, are bored and need a new weirdo to watch.

I wouldn’t put it past Hollywood to start a reality show based on daily living at an asylum. I wouldn’t put it past the public to gobble it up as well. Plenty of fun names out there for the title. They could have a special guest appearance when Bruce goes an visits the patients. It would really get confusing as to who actually are the ones deserving to be patients, from the actual patients, the writers, or the viewers.
