I watched the NH thing tonight.
There are 3 styles of speaking:
1. Word Vomit-Speak quickly and cram as many words as possible into each sentence: Rubio, Cristie, Jindal, Walker
You have to listen closely to see if they’e really saying anything. Can sound like a blur. Parly a function of rehearsed talking points
2. Speak relatively slower, saying nothing: Bush, Perry
3. Speak at a normal pace, using cadence, tone, with economy of words: Cruz, to a lesser extent Fiorina
