The defense should simply present all the FBI/Intel alerts warning of attacks against recruiters and their families over the years and ask his ISIC what specific steps they took to assist the recruiting commands. I keep wondering if the cleaning crews at these facilities have been vetted yet - they hadn’t as of 2007.
