I am not positivity sure of this, but I think Ted Cruz is the only other candidate besides Trump that is not afraid. No doubt it would be best to proceed from there.

First of all, it’s obvious that Obama (if that’s his real name, which it isn’t) is a weird amalgam of Marxist and Muslim, and that he hates Christians and Jews.
Here’s how candidates should answer the question:
“Is Obama a Christian? Go ask the Little Sisters of the Poor.”
