How do you deport them? Make draconian laws making it fiscally impossible to risk employing them in America. Cut social services. Give them exactly what their own countries provide foreigners on a reciprocal basis.

Also, up the penalty for a concerted effort to hire illegals...something like RICO...and apply it to Fast Food, Construction etc.
