I know for a fact that it is drop safe, having slung it across a hotel room while trying out a poorly fitting holster (the holster went back).Embarrassed to say I can back you up. It also goes bang every time with both target and defense ammo. Hate shooting it. Only the trigger slap on my CZ-52 hurts worse.
