Which is my main point. All of that is far more important than trade policies and I think - when taken in its totality - is more important than any single issue. If we got rid of our liberalism, so many of our current problems would simply not exist. I don't think any candidate ever does as good a job on this as he/she should, but Trump's been nowhere (to date) on these issues....while he's hammered China a zillion times. Handle our own problems, and China won't be a hill of beans to us.
Read his revised edition of “Time to get Tough” coming out on debate day. Trump has all the details of his agenda in that book. DO not depend on stump speeches, which are never meant to spell out details. Those stump speeches are for garnering headlines and publicity.
Oh I will read what is in his 2011 book - but for a 69 year old man, relevant history does not start in 2011- and certainly includes some liberal ideas he espoused just last weekend.
