Yes, but before the combination went generic, you probably could have gotten as good a result taking two tablets separately. That’s the kind of abuse that needs to be tracked down and dealt with.
I was, in fact using both component drugs in different dosages. The price for Exforge was slightly higher but not a bank buster. However I’m sure you are correct. There was a convenience factor, very slight, of only tracking refills on one medicine.
