Clinton email release falls well short of judge’s order

State Dept. fails to release 1,000 messages

The State Department admitted it was violating a judge’s order Friday in releasing only 1,356 new emails from former Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton’s time in the administration, with officials saying they’re falling behind because they are having to run all of the documents by intelligence agencies to make sure classified documents aren’t being released.

It’s the latest stumble for a department put on the spot by Mrs. Clinton’s unique email set-up, which saw her reject a State Department account and instead issue herself a private account, kept on a server she maintained at her New York home — raising questions about security and compliance with open-records laws.

Mrs. Clinton belatedly complied with those laws and returned the emails to the government late last year, nearly two years after she left office, and the department is now trying to fulfill a federal judge’s order setting out a timetable for them to be released.

Wait a second. According to Hillary there were no classified emails. So why are they are having to run all of the documents by intelligence agencies to make sure classified documents aren’t being released? ( actually that is the interpretation of the press. In typical Clintonspeak what she actually said was that she SENT no classified material. She never said she didn’t RECEIVE any )

Which is and was illegal. But par for the course for the Clintons.

” ...with officials saying they’re falling behind because they are having to run all of the documents by intelligence agencies to make sure classified documents aren’t being released.”
++++
If this wasn’t so serious it would be laughable. There are only two possible explanations for how this happened:

1. Hillary knew that running her own private insecure servers was criminal but she assumed that she wouldn’t get caught and if she didt she would escape punishment by both the government and the electorate.

2. Hillary is an idiot and had no clue that she was creating a mess for herself by installing her own personal server.

And the winner is: #1

She should come clean now, let the Just Us dept. prosecute her, and have Owebama pardon her.
If she stalls, President Cruz and AG Gowdy will put her away for life!

They have to “run all of the documents by intelligence agencies to make sure classified documents aren’t being released.”

But but, there are no classified emails.

******

"President Hillary": If Secretary of State Hillary made such a mess of her personal life with her server controversy that belongs to her alone, how in the world is "President Hillary" going to handle the huge problems presented by the Russian and Iranian bullies, and by the uncontrollable murderers ISIS, who take no prisoners.

Sorry, Hillary, but I don't believe that you and your husband Bill have the stamina and decision-making skills to take on the Russian and Iranian bullies and the take-no-prisoners butchers of ISIS.

Sorry, Hillary. I just don't think that you have the mental and management skills it takes to be a good President.

Hillary undoubtedly knew that it was criminal, but in this case the cover up—or more accurately the “pre-cover up”—was far easier to wiggle around than the massive corruption and bribery crimes that she knew she would be committing.

The State Department admitted it was violating a judge’s order Friday...

... knowing darn well that there are no consequences for the violation.

First of all, if anything classified was sent to DOS by the spooks, it wasn’t on unclassified networks. Someone took it off classified computers, and put it on unclassified computers. That in itself is criminal. How about going after the little fish and see what big fish it can catch. Secondly, anyone receiving information that may be classified has the responsibility to ensure it is safe guarded (no that does not mean deleting), and reporting a spillage. Neither was done by Hillary, again, criminal.

Brings to mind the Rose law firm records ... also the items filched from the WH when they left.

Excuse me....

Let’s do a quick reality check.

The State Department is having to do all of this extra work under a time crunch because?

That’s right their leadership, from Hilary on down, violated the law and were caught at it. As punishments go this is very light. At the other end is federal trail, conviction, and felony jail time (what the rest of us would get).

When, not if, there is a next time maybe someone will remember all of this minor pain and stop it before it gets out of hand.

My bottom line - State Department if you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime.

If Trump guarantees the prosecution of Oboma, Kerry, both Clintons, and Val Jer for high crimes and misdemeanors, he’s got my vote.
