"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton |

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldnt make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan |

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792 |

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams |
|
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams |

" Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." - John Quincy Adams |

No. It was far from the Bishop's priority
... which has been his imposing gay marriage,
polygamy and ObamaRomneyCARE.

It just doesn’t get any better than this does it?
And of course we always want to listen to the “reasoned” arguments of the lefties about how Republicans should be running their campaigns when there’s holes big enough in this piece to drive the the sun and the solar system through.
To: cripplecreek
Really? I’ll take it for 2016!

CRUZ and TRUMP are exposing the deeds of the Republican Party. They have to face the consequences of their actions. The chickens are coming home to roost.
To: SoConPubbie
“nobodys rooting harder for him to have that opportunity than Hillary Clinton.”
O.K., Newell, we’ll see how Cruz’s willingness to talk about Benghazi works out for you and the Hildebeast. And how about if Cruz talks about the Beast’s private email server and deleted emails to really make your day?

The Panama Canal wasn’t a high priority in 1976 either until AFTER Gov Reagan put it on the radar as pres candidate. If he touched on it earlier, he likely would have won NH by 2 instead of losing it by 2.

Another exercise in far left fantasyland from the homosexual girly men at Salon? Say, are these people he same jokers who confidently declared that Donald Trump was finished after his attack against McCain? And before you that, confidently predicted the death of Trump's campaign when he started off by attacking Mexican illegals who rape and murder Americans?
And after all that Salon has the nerve to make political predictions?
To: SoConPubbie
Ironically, when Salon attacks, it only gives more reason to vote for Cruz.
They really write at about a 5th grade level. Kind of embarrassing.
