Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina slated for Phoenix convention

Republican presidential candidates Carly Fiorina and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, are slated to speak next month at a national convention in Phoenix.

Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Co., and Cruz will speak at the National Federation of Republican Women’s conference at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix.

Another GOP presidential candidate, Donald Trump, held an immigration-fueled rally at the Phoenix Convention Center earlier this month.
