Lesser-known changes in immigration enforcement announced by President Barack Obama in November could offer a “degree of protection” from deportation for up to 9.6 million of the estimated 11 million immigrants living in the country illegally, according to a new report by the Migration Policy Institute.
In contrast, the highly publicized deferred action programs known by the acronyms DAPA and expanded DACA, which have garnered most of the public’s attention and are on hold by a federal court, could grant temporary relief from deportation to as many as 5.2 million undocumented immigrants if implemented.
The Department of Homeland Security recently adopted new policy guidance that limits the scope of enforcement to a narrower set of priorities than earlier guidance and provides “clearer direction to DHS enforcement agents, officers and attorneys,” stated the report, titled “Understanding the Potential Impact of Executive Action on Immigration Enforcement.” The Secure Communities program, a controversial deportation program that relies on partnership among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, has also been replaced with one that is more narrowly focused. Both changes are included in the sweeping series of executive actions announced by Obama in November and have already begun to be implemented, according to the report.

Double that to almost 20 million and that will be the number getting Obama’s amnesty program. With a stroke of the presidential pen, this dictator can have anything he wants, and since the Republicans agree with him, this lets amnesty happen without them having to vote for it…a win for those cowards, too.
Sounds like they are are trying to skirt around Judge Hanen’s federal injunction.

HERE'S HOW OBAMA GAVE RODRIGUES AND SALDANA UNCHECKED POWER OVER US CITIZENS: Obama's amnesty memos signed aboard AF-ONE last Nov. The memos "delegate" to federal agencies, and gave presidential orders to come up with "plans" (that advance the conspiracy to overthrow the US govt).
Saldana and Rodrigues' federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this. Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, are published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.
So obamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells Saldana and Rodrigues what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.
No Congressman was ever involved, and Obamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---centers on the writing of administrative law by nefarious types like Saldana and Rodrigues at these federal agencies.
