This is the criteria to be a pastor or deacon in a church - not to be a president of a country.

"Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task."1 Timothy 3:1

But let us say your are right, I for one do not want a man in office especially the office of President who does not qualify as to be a Deacon in his church. That fact alone tells me much about his Character.
