Stop right there. It's not that the Republican party and its leadership can't block Obama,they won't block Obama.
One would think that given the historical majorities which gave the Republican Party both the House and the Senate, they'd actually feel emboldened to actually do something to stop Obama.
Yet they don't. Is that because they can't muster up an objection to what Obama's doing, or because they won't?
Of course they won't.
It's time for a thorough housecleaning of the GOPe.
