No, the problem with Romney was he was for Romneycare before he was against Obamacare.
Trump has the exact same problem, and on more issues to boot.
Trump is not a liar. He’s a deal artist. He will get behind market solutions to healthcare when he’s convinced by the industry that they can do a better job and they can. But he wants to see everyone have access to healthcare. That is feasible, it can be done and it doesn’t take universal healthcare to do it.
Romney is a liar. He shows up in one place says something, shows up in another place and says the opposite. When he’s caught in a lie he changes the subject or tries to worm his way out with some sort of half-ass explanation.
Romney is 100% establishment. He will be there to make sure the fat cats get the best of everything and everyone else will just have to take it; haves and have nots, that’s his MO, etc.
