You’re welcome. Wish I had more info but we have our own issues here in the suburbs. City Council member is very upset because he wants tax money that he thinks would come from allowing bars and taverns that don’t have at least 51% of income from food. Apparently they tried to circulate petition to get signatures to put it on the ballot this year but they couldn’t get enough registered voters to sign on. Glad it failed. We get enough fallout from Houston garbage flowing downhill toward the Gulf.
Since many of the people against Mayor Porker’s ordinance are Black will be interesting to see what side Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee comes down on. Maybe it will be enough to keep her away from the camera and her mouth shut for a while.
