I’m a rubber meeting the road kind of a person who prefers good trade deals to the kumbaya which currently prevails.

Only Trump can save America. Only Trump figured out that China and illegals are the main threats hurting America. The others running pushed for and Passed TPA which will make TPP sure to pass.

This TTP Obamatrade deal is a trojan horse. It’s disguised as “free trade” What It really allows is for Obama to flood the USA with an unlimited number of 3rd world immigrants...
http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/immigration/item/20710-obama-gop-trade-scheme-includes-unrestricted-immigration

“Trade in Services” means they can import any number of 3d world workers from any occupation to take away any job from an American , IT ,trades, medical etc. . This is a whole new attack against Americans perpetrated by the anti-American communist Obama.

"But, generally speaking, the Protective system in these days is conservative, while the Free Trade system works destructively. It breaks up old nationalities and carries antagonism of proletariat and bourgeoisie to the uttermost point. In a word, the Free Trade system hastens the Social Revolution.

In this revolutionary sense alone, gentlemen, I am in favor of Free Trade." -- Karl Marx

Writing about Smoot-Hawley is beyond the modern American voter. It’s like the sound a falling tree makes in the forest with no one to hear it. Politicians have long known that votes are purchased by dividing the people. Appearing to take money and power from one group and pretending to give it to another. That is one of the primary failings of the GOP. Blame, hate, fire and promises win elections. Egg heads go home and talk about how well they played; all the while wondering what happened.

The corrupt politicians in Washington fight for Global Corporations and Foreign Governments.

They care nothing for individual Americans.

For those like myself who are firm believers in the economic wisdom of Milton Friedman, here is a 2.5 minute video where Friedman spells out his views on Free Trade vs. Tariffs.
