San Francisco moves to cancel sanctuary policy

San Francisco moved this week to try to cancel its sanctuary policy that protected an illegal immigrant murder suspect, but Congress pressed ahead nonetheless with legislation aimed at punishing the California city and any others who refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

House Republicans set up a Thursday debate on a bill that would withhold federal law enforcement grants from jurisdictions that shield illegal immigrants from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), turning back Democrats’ pleas for more time and more hearings on the issue.

The mayor and city council should have been arrested and tossed in jail... they were accessories to the murder.

I’ve been hoping that Scott Walker would declare Wisconsin a Federal tax sanctuary.

San Francisco moves to cancel sanctuary policy

Perfect example of closing the barn door after the horse got out.

I guess better late than never, but with 0bama and his 'man-love' for illegal criminal invaders, does it really make any difference?

Just one murder of an innocent AMERICAN at the hands of an illegal alien in a “sanctuary” city is too much. SF and its bleeding heart politicians should all be sued. Big time!

DO THIS NOW---CONTACT CONGRESS HERE:
http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

DEMAND CONGRESS SEND YOU THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

HOW DID THE LIB/ZITS: (1) OBAMA'S DHS, (2) SAN/FRAN MAYOR LEE, and, (3) SAN/FRAN BD OF SUPERVISORS DISPERSE FEDERAL TAX DOLLARS?

<><> A. How many tax dollars were allocated "to protect Americans from illegal felons"?

<><> B. How many tax dollars were spent "to secure and manage our borders," and "reduce the number of illegal immigrants and amount of contraband getting into the United States"?

<><> C. How many tax dollars were spent to "enforce and administer immigration laws"?

<><> D. How many tax dollars were spent "to provide safe and secure detention of illegal immigrants in federal custody if they are a flight risk or a public safety concern"?

INCONVENIENT FACTOID: All of the above are specific goals
enumerated by DHS' Jeh Johnson when asking Congress for $42
BILLION---needed to run his agency.

We need to go farther to protect American children from rapists & murders. We need to build the WALL across the southern border and enforce our immigration laws. We need to protect our children.

MORE

REFERENCE--A muni-bond expert recently exposed bond financing schemes (in sanctuary city Chicago) as a house of cards.....bond documents to uncover taxpayers paying billions for greedy politicians' shady financial legerdemain: including using long-term financing to cover day-to-day expenses, using bonds to pay pension obligations, and, misappropriating returns from the interest rate swap portfolio as an “ATM” for the city.

=================================================

Bonding is eternal taxation----sanctuary city insider deals bonding companies made w/ shady pols to get bonding business would tell a tale of greedy sanctuary city pols accumulating riches through massive govt corruption.

If these sanctuary city bonding deals were effectuated by way of referendum at the ballot box----and misled sanctuary city investors into buying tax-fee muni bonds----the SEC would be interested.

EMAIL enforcement@sec.gov

Massive sanctuary city govt corruption might include forgery, falsification of official records, fraudulent state budget entries, tax evasion, illegal wire-transfers, misuse of public office.

Tax-exempt sanctuary city municipal bond investors (including public education bond and transportation bond investors)-- have legal grounds to sue if they were deceived about deceptive bond offerings. In many cases, bond issues are approved by voters---at the ballot box--so that voters may have also been misled WRT uses of fraudulent bond offerings.

Also culpable are:

<><> bonding companies underwriting possible fraudulent sanctuary city bond issues;

<><> banks holding possibly fraudulent sanctuarycity bond proceeds;

<><> State/city's modus operandi in allocating tax-exempt bond proceeds,

<><> the sub rosa acceptance of sanctuary city bond proceeds.

<><> state/city hand-picked sanctuary city vendors accepting possible fraudulent bond proceeds.

<><> publicly-funded state/city agencies advocating the uses of fraudulent sanctuary city bond proceeds.

===========================================

The SEC, FBI, banking overight agencies, and the IRS, would be interested in the activities of state/city entities WRT sanctuary city bonding.

Taxpayers should find out which sanctuary city banks are facilitating this.
<><> Which banks are designated the repositories of sanctuary city municipal tax dollars.
<><> Which banks are dispensing sanctuary city tax-exempt bond proceeds.

They might declare the policy invalid to end criticism and possible loss of federal funds but they won’t change their beliefs or actions.

NOW IS THE TIME FOR SAN/FRAN TO OPEN THE BOOKS Official San/Fran is going ballistic. The lib/zits are all stirred up---thinking the pier killing could happen to them....there's nothing as cowardly as a scared lib/zit.

San/Fran Mayor Lee controls billions in tax revenue.....local tax revenue, state tax revenue, federal tax revenue. San/Fran is a global tourist destination----the tax take from tourism (added to restaurant and hotel bills) must be in the billions.

THIS ITEM IN THE SAN FRANCISO LIB/ZIT BOARD OF SUPERVISOR'S BUDGET REPORT IS A HUGE RED FLAG--- And I quote: "For the first time in fifteen years, the Mayor’s Budget Office did not ask Departments to make any reductions in their budgets. Although the current deficit projections look better than last year, we will still be forced to make difficult decisions to produce a balanced budget."

UT-OH Asking Dept's to reduce budgets? In a world renowned city that is teeming w/ tax revenue? Local revenue. State Revenue. Federal Revenue. Tax revenue from world-wide tourism alone must be in the billions.

Where is all the money going?

FYI---a govt official asking for agency reductions is the very same MO used by the Illinois govt official who stole $80 million tax dollars using a secret bank account to siphon off govt tax revenue.

OPEN THE BOOKS OF SANCTUARY CITY NOW---ACTION PROJECTS---(1) find the banks that handle sanctuary city municipal finances; (2) find sanctuary city insurance carriers; (3) find the number of identities the Steinle killer uses to ride the gravy train; (4) find sanctuary city agencies' fraudulent use of tax dollars.

Cruz is a great Senator, but it took Trump to finally put enough fire under this issue to get some movement.

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how tax revenue changed hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and which officials might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine San/Fran official bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into official accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets.

Congress should have done this immediately when the first city decided it was going to be a “SANCTUARY”. Instantly cut off all federal subsidies and funds to any city that is not obeying the law.... why did it take another murder for something to happen?

Isn’t it funny how bullies back down once they have been challenged?

So is San Fran going to now turn over all of it’s illegals?

I think not.

“Cruz is a great Senator, but it took Trump to finally put enough fire under this issue to get some movement.”

Exactly. Though I think Cruz in Congress is actually in the position to ‘punish’ San Fran, if that’s even possible.

Would love to see it!
